Ampthill vs Cancer Launches Search for a Young Starter for the Golden Hare Mile

Ampthill vs Cancer is calling on the community to help us find a very special child to start this year’s Golden Hare Mile – a fun, feel-good race for children aged 12 and under, taking place as part of the Ampthill vs Cancer 5K event.

We’re inviting nominations for a child, aged 12 or under, to have the honour of starting the Golden Hare Mile, and we’re especially keen to hear about children who have been affected by cancer or who may not be able to take part in the race themselves. Whether they’ve shown incredible courage, supported a loved one, or simply deserve a special moment, we’d love to give them their time in the spotlight.
