The Ampthill vs Cancer 5k
The main event! A challenging (but achievable) route set in the beautiful surroundings of Ampthill Park, we welcomes runners, walkers and supporters of all abilities. No matter your fitness level or connection to cancer, you can stand united against this disease.
There will also be runs for the kids - Golden Hare Mile and Mini Hare with an amazing community event following the 5k; the Cooldown.
The Cooldown
The Ampthill vs Cancer Cooldown is a relaxing afternoon of family fun and live music which follows the Ampthill vs Cancer 5k, Golden Hare Mile and Mini Hare.
Join us for food, fun, live music, stalls, raffle and much more. We can't guarantee the sun, but we can offer a great time.
